MCTF Malaysia Career Training Fair
JobStreet, one of Asia’s leading online employment marketplaces, organises the Malaysia Career and Training Fair biannually. Since 2019, CEXCO has had the privilege of assisting with the setup, design, and fabrication of exhibition sites. In September 2024, JobStreet promoted Malaysia’s First Sustainable Career Fair, where a few new practices were implemented to encourage environmental awareness, such as encouraging public transport use, avoiding single-use plastics on the exhibition floor, limiting energy consumption, and using recyclable tags and wristbands.
MCSF Mega Careers & Study Fair
Malaysia’s Largest Careers & Postgraduate Studies Fair held its exhibition at KLCC, occupying two halls totalling 4,200 square meters. The mammoth exhibition attracted the best companies and universities, with 15,000 job seekers attending the two-day fair. More than 300 companies offered over 30,000 jobs at the two-day event. In 2024, CEXCO was assigned as the event contractor, as CEXCO is one of KLCC’s accredited contractors.
STAR Media Group (Car Sifu, STAR Education Fair, MyStar Job, Star Property)
Since 2019, Star Media Group has connected a diverse audience of job seekers, students and parents. At the same time, it attracts property investors and automobile enthusiasts with a penchant for adventure. Leveraging its expertise in career fairs, Star Media Group has partnered with CEXCO on three of the six successful career fairs held across Malaysia. CEXCO brings its exhibition management skills to the table, including helping selected exhibitors to design and fabricate customised booths. CEXCO’s familiarity with key venues in Kuala Lumpur (Midvalley and Sunway) and Penang (SPICE) was entrusted with the responsibility for a smooth operation.
ISS World Asia
ISS World Asia convenes Asia’s leading law enforcement, intelligence, and homeland security professionals. This closed door event focused on equipping these invited specialists with the latest methodologies and tools to combat critical threats like drug trafficking, cybercrime, human trafficking, and terrorism. Through their sophisticated communications network and cutting-edge solutions, ISS World Asia showcased their abilities to provide solutions to these world’s pressing problems. This exclusive events foster focused collaboration and knowledge exchange among leading security professionals. CEXCO takes pride in serving as their trusted contractor for events held in Malaysia and Singapore.
NHCCE National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (HRDC)
In 2021, CEXCO rebranded from HRDC to HRD Corp. For 20 years, HRD Corp has brought together world-class expertise in human capital development. In 2024, they expanded the inclusion of AI solutions and nurtured forward-thinking management to integrate innovation into the human capital landscape. CEXCO has collaborated with HRD Corp since 2022 to organise events featuring leading industry experts, with up to 400 exhibition booths across three halls at MITEC. These events were also organised by PERKESO, which is a part of the Ministry of Human Resources. As a result, Jom Kerja – Karnival Kerjaya Jom Kerja by PERKESO, with 50 booths were also contracted to CEXCO.
MIACES Malaysia International Agricommodity Expo & Summit
In 2022, CEXCO was invited to organise MIACES first event to promote Malaysia as the international hub for agricommodity activities and give local exhibitors the maximum exposure in the agricommodity sector globally. At this event, it was an opportunity for exhibitors and visitors to explore business potentials. Presenting an innovative platform, the event boasts state-of-the-art booth design and practicality. CEXCO’s innovative double-deck booth that was specially built maximized space utilization by incorporating a dedicated exhibition area on the ground floor and a private meeting space with seating on the upper deck. This design served as a blueprint for future exhibitors and contractors, showcasing the potential for effective multi-level booth design.
